Your photo, hidden in a print
Choose a photo with one clear subject: a person, a pet, a place you love. We keep its full frame, read its depth and paint it into three proofs for you to choose from.
or drop it anywhere on this page
What makes a good photo
- One subject, close up. The larger it fills the frame, the more of its shape the 3D keeps.
- A simple background. Sky, sand or a plain wall lets the shape stand out in depth.
- Faces are welcome. We give them extra care, though the 3D shows volume rather than features.
Your photo is used only to make your print and is never shown to anyone else.
Developing your print
- Reading your full photo and its depth
- Painting three proofs

Updating your print…
Morning Photo 15% 3D strong
Edit the relief here. Your changes also update the stereogram.
Keep the two rings as one while they part, then look through the print. Scroll over it to push it further back. Pinch it to push it further back.
Push the whole scene back until your eyes rest almost parallel, as if looking at the horizon. Only for viewing here; your print does not change.
On this screen the print is too small to reach the horizon.
At this setting the 3D gets harder to see. Try less photo or a softer relief.
Change which parts of your scene sit forward or farther back.
1. Pick what to change
Click or tap a point on the shape. Parts at a similar depth light up in gold, even when they are apart.
Drag the two handles to change which depths are included. Gold marks your selection.
2. Change the gold areas
3. Check the result
Finish editing to see the shape without the gold highlight, or view your print to check its hidden 3D.
