Privacy
Illuprint is run from Switzerland. This page says, in plain words, what we keep when you make a print, why, and how to have it removed. Last updated 1 November 2026.
Your photo
When you upload a photo we keep it, its depth map and the prints made from it, so that you can come back to them, change the settings and order a print later. Your photo is never shown to anyone else and is never used to train anything. We keep it until you ask us to delete it.
Your account
To send you a download link we ask for your name, email address and city, whether you would like the print on paper, and whether you want to hear from us when framed prints can be ordered. We keep the date you confirmed your email and which prints you downloaded. We use this only to send you your files and, if you ticked the box, one message when ordering opens.
Emails
We send email only when you ask for a download. It comes from hello@illuprint.com and contains a link that works for 48 hours. We do not send newsletters unless you ticked the box, and every such message will let you opt out.
Cookies and storage
- One cookie remembers that your email has been confirmed, so later downloads are instant. It lasts two years and is not shared with anyone.
- If you calibrate your screen, the measurement is saved in your own browser only.
- We count visits with Plausible Analytics running on our own server. It uses no cookies, stores no personal data and only shows us aggregate numbers such as pages viewed and country of origin.
- There is no advertising and no third-party tracking on this site.
Where your data lives
On a server we rent in the European Union, in a private space of our own. Email is sent through our mail provider. Nobody else receives your data.
Deleting everything
Write to hello@illuprint.com from the address you registered and we delete your photos, prints and account within a few days, and confirm it to you.
